Minimalist seaside home in Elie

This project transformed a C-Listed building in the picturesque seaside town of Elie, Fife; using a new garden extension and alterations to the ground floor to create a flow of space from the garden, through the house to views to the sea beyond. The design brings sunlight deep into the plan and uses an elegant palette of materials to create a sense of calm and retreat. The works provided a new library, kitchen, larder and dining space alongside a utility and bathroom.
